Hello,

I am looking for a hands-on, structured, and reliable freelancer to support the setup and optimization of our sales, marketing automation, and mobile tracking stack for our lifestyle app.
This is a practical implementation role, not a strategy-only or advisory role.
The engagement will start as a project-based setup, with a high probability of transitioning into a monthly retainer for ongoing optimization and support.
Scope of Work (Initial Phase)
1. CRM Setup (Pipedrive)
- Setup of pipelines aligned with a B2B sales flow
- Creation of custom fields, stages, and activity types
- Setup of reporting dashboards (sales performance, activity tracking, conversion rates)
- Structuring of deals, contacts, and organizations
- Basic automation (task reminders, deal progression, assignment rules)
2. Marketing Automation (Brevo)
- Setup of email templates (transactional and/or marketing)
- Creation of basic automation flows (e.g. onboarding, follow-ups, engagement)
- Structuring lists, segmentation, and tagging logic
- Setup of performance tracking and reporting
- Ensuring proper alignment with CRM data where relevant
3. Mobile Attribution & Tracking (Adjust)
- Definition of tracking events (based on app flows and business logic)
- Preparation of clear documentation for developers (events, parameters, expected behaviors)
- Guidance on what is feasible vs not feasible (tool limitations vs app limitations)
- Support in validating setup once implemented
4. Optional / Secondary (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Meta SDK, tracking integrations, or similar tools
- Ability to advise on tracking consistency across platforms
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience with:
- Pipedrive (mandatory)
- Brevo or equivalent marketing automation tools
- Adjust, AppsFlyer, Firebase, or similar attribution tools
- Ability to connect business needs with technical implementation
- Experience working with mobile apps (not only websites)
Strong understanding of:
- Funnels
- Events tracking
- CRM structuring
- Ability to produce clear and structured documentation
