We are looking for a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to help us review, optimize, and improve our existing email marketing flows for a women’s activewear brand.
This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in improving performance of existing email systems, rather than building everything from scratch.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Reviewing our current email flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.);
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization;
- Suggesting and implementing updates to copy, structure, and design;
- Aligning flows with our brand voice and customer journey;
- Implementing and managing continuous A/B (split) testing to improve performance;
- Recommending new ideas or enhancements where needed;
- Monitoring performance and proposing data-driven improvements.

Requirements:
- Strong understanding of eCommerce email flows and lifecycle marketing;
- Experience in optimizing and improving existing email performance;
- Ability to combine analytical thinking with copy/design sense;
- Attention to detail and proactive communication.
