We are looking for a skilled and creative video editor to join our team and help us produce high-quality, engaging faceless videos consistently. This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate. What You’ll Be Working On: Faceless YouTube videos (8–12 minutes) Topics: celebrity drama, controversies, lifestyle, trending news, rankings, and viral moments Style: fast-paced, engaging, storytelling-driven (similar to channels like “Celebrity Circuit,” “Drama Recaps,” etc.) Responsibilities: Edit 3+ videos per week Sync voiceovers with visuals smoothly Source and insert relevant clips (celebrity footage, interviews, paparazzi clips, social media posts, etc.) Add subtitles/captions for engagement Use sound effects, background music, and transitions to keep viewers hooked Maintain strong pacing (no dull moments) Follow YouTube retention strategies (pattern interrupts, zooms, cuts, etc.) Requirements: Proven experience editing YouTube videos (preferably in entertainment/gossip niche) Ability to tell a compelling story through editing Strong understanding of YouTube audience retention Familiarity with fair use (VERY IMPORTANT) Ability to find high-quality, relevant visuals quickly Fast turnaround time (24–48 hours per video) Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut Bonus Skills (Highly Preferred): Experience with viral YouTube formats Basic motion graphics (text animations, pop-ups, memes) Understanding of YouTube automation channels Thumbnail design experience (optional but a plus)
