Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist with proven, hands-on experience in GoHighLevel (GHL) and Monday.com to take full ownership of our internal systems and workflows. Our company is growing, and we need an expert who doesn't just "fix" things, but actively optimizes our ecosystem to drive efficiency and performance. Your Role & Responsibilities: System Ownership: Full management and maintenance of our existing GoHighLevel sub-accounts and Monday.com boards. Workflow Architecture: Building, testing, and deploying new, complex automations and triggers to streamline lead management and operations. Integration Management: Ensuring seamless data flow between GHL, Monday.com, and other third-party tools (via Zapier/Make if necessary). Optimization: Auditing current workflows to identify bottlenecks and improving system performance. Troubleshooting: Providing rapid solutions for any automation failures or integration errors. Requirements: Expert Level GHL: Deep understanding of snapshots, funnels, workflows, and CRM management. Monday.com Pro: Experience in building high-level boards, complex automations, and custom dashboards. Problem Solver: A proactive mindset – you identify issues before they happen. Communication: Excellent English for technical documentation and daily updates. Portfolio/Experience: Proven track record of similar integrations (please provide examples).
