I'm looking for an automation specialist to setup ManyChat for automation using AI to respond to customer messages, qualify, ask questions, gather data, & then add possible leads into the CRM. This should be for FB Messenger, as well as for Instagram. If there's a way for this Chatbot to be setup on website as well, that would be ideal. Looking for someone with understanding of AI, if it can be linked with Claude to be able to respond to messages, comments, & send out guides, etc. in the same language & branding that we prefer, that would be best.
