Overview
We are looking for a high-level Zoho One expert who can go beyond basic setup and help us architect, optimize, and scale our entire marketing and sales ecosystem. This is for a two person team that wants to start leveraging the true power of Zoho and increase productivity, grow pipeline and increase sales.
This is not a basic admin role.
We need someone who understands:
How to structure Zoho One as a revenue engine
How to connect marketing β lead capture β nurturing β conversion β retention
How to build systems that are trackable, scalable, and clean
We are an established e-commerce and B2B company expanding into marketing-driven growth, and we need a partner to help us build the right foundation the first time.
Primary Objectives
You will help us:
1. Audit & Diagnose (Phase 1)
Full audit of current Zoho One environment
Identify:
Structural issues
Broken workflows
Inefficient processes
Data inconsistencies
Tracking gaps (critical)
Review key apps:
Zoho CRM
Zoho Campaigns / Marketing Automation
Zoho Forms
Zoho PageSense
Zoho SalesIQ
Any existing integrations

Clear audit report + prioritized action plan
2. Architecture & Strategy (Phase 2)
Design the ideal system structure, including:
Lead flow architecture (from ad β form β CRM β nurture β sale)
Pipeline structure (B2B Lead Gen + e-commerce support)
Lead segmentation strategy
Lead scoring model
Campaign structure (email + automation)
Tracking framework (source attribution, conversions, etc.)

Best-practices blueprint + implementation roadmap + timeline
3. Implementation & Cleanup (Phase 3)
Clean up and restructure CRM
Fix or rebuild workflows and automations
Implement:
Lead scoring
Nurture sequences
Campaign flows
Pipeline stages
Ensure data integrity and scalability

A clean, organized, conversion-focused system
4. Marketing Optimization (Phase 4)
Strong focus on marketing performance and conversion
Zoho PageSense (A/B testing, CRO)
Campaign tracking & attribution
Integration with paid traffic (Google Ads, etc.)
Lead capture optimization
Funnel improvements
5. Training & Documentation (Phase 5)
Train internal team on:
Daily usage
Best practices
How to maintain the system
Provide SOPs and documentation

Has deep experience with Zoho One (not just CRM)
Thinks like a marketing strategist AND systems architect
Has built lead generation + nurturing systems
Understands conversion tracking and attribution
Has experience with:
E-commerce + B2B hybrid models (preferred)
Funnel design
Email marketing strategy
CRM pipeline optimization
Nice to Have
Experience with Zoho PageSense (CRO / A/B testing)
Experience integrating paid ads β CRM tracking
Background in conversion optimization
Ability to simplify complex systems
