We are an AI startup based in Singapore building tools that help businesses create content, automate marketing, and grow faster. We are looking for a customer-focused, AI-savvy, and confident communicator who can support users, run live demos, and help drive sales. Responsibilities: • Conduct online workshops to guide users on how to use our AI system • Provide customer support (answer questions, troubleshoot, guide users patiently) • Perform live demos & TikTok live sales • Work with our AI team to improve chatbot and automation workflows • Help grow and manage social media accounts ? ???? Requirements: • Fast learner with strong interest in AI / tech tools • Good English communication skills (spoken & written) • Comfortable speaking on camera / doing live sessions • Background in IT / AI / tech is a strong advantage • Strong presentation and explanation skills • Customer-oriented, patient, and responsible • Able to follow Singapore timezone (GMT+8) ???? KPI: • Customer satisfaction & response quality • Google reviews / customer feedback • Conversion from demo / live sessions ????
