Job Description: We are looking for a confident, commercially strong cold caller / closer to sell our AI-powered real estate software to UK estate and letting agencies. This is not just an appointment-setting role. We want someone who is comfortable learning the product properly, handling objections, speaking to decision-makers, running the conversation, and moving deals forward toward a close. You will be calling agency owners, directors, branch managers, and senior decision-makers using leads we provide. Your job is to generate interest, explain the offer clearly, identify pain points, and either close on the call or progress the deal quickly and professionally. What we sell: A SaaS / automation solution for UK estate and letting agencies that helps them: • respond to enquiries faster • qualify buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants • reduce missed leads • improve conversion • book valuations and viewings more efficiently • automate follow-up and lead handling What the role involves: • Cold calling UK estate and letting agencies from our lead lists • Reaching and speaking to decision-makers • Learning the product well enough to sell it confidently • Explaining the value proposition clearly and simply • Handling objections professionally • Closing deals on the call where possible • Following up warm prospects and progressing them to close • Logging notes, outcomes, and next steps in the CRM • Collecting key information such as: • decision-maker name • direct contact details • current lead handling process • pain points • interest level • timeline This role is for someone who: • is genuinely comfortable with outbound cold calling • can learn a product and sell it, not just read a script • can speak confidently to business owners and managers • understands how to control a sales conversation • is resilient, persuasive, and commercially sharp • is happy working toward targets We provide: • lead lists • CRM access • core script and messaging • support on product knowledge • clear offer and pricing • help with objection handling and positioning Requirements: • excellent spoken English • strong cold calling / phone sales experience • confidence selling to business owners or senior decision-makers • ability to learn a SaaS product quickly • strong objection handling skills • disciplined CRM habits • reliable internet and quiet working environment Ideal background: • B2B cold calling • telesales • SaaS sales • UK market sales • property / real estate sales • high-ticket or consultative closing Performance expectations: • around 100 calls per day minimum • real conversations, not just dial volume • ability to progress or close deals • strong follow-up discipline • comfort owning the sales process from first call to sale Compensation: Open to: • commission only • base + commission • or hybrid depending on experience Please include your preferred compensation model when applying.
