We need a strong technical operator to improve and run a live lead workflow across JazzHR, GoHighLevel, email, SMS, and related automations. This is not just an implementation role. We want someone who can think ahead, spot bottlenecks, propose better workflows, and move quickly. You should have strong experience with GoHighLevel, JazzHR or similar ATS or CRM systems, APIs, webhooks, automation tools, lead routing, deduplication, and email or SMS workflow design. You should be able to turn messy processes into clear systems, think commercially and operationally, recommend solutions without waiting for instructions, and build for both low and high response volume.
