GA4 + GTM Expert Needed for Funnel Tracking & Attribution Setup (SaaS)
Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced GA4 + Google Tag Manager expert to help us set up accurate tracking, funnels, and reporting for our SaaS product (ProcureDesk).
Right now, we have basic tracking in place, but we need someone who can clean it up, structure it properly, and give us clear visibility into what’s working and what’s not.
Scope of Work
1. Audit & Fix Existing Setup
Review our current GA4 + GTM setup
Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and tracking issues
Clean up and standardize implementation
2. Event Tracking Implementation
Set up and validate key events such as:
Demo bookings
Sign-ups
Logins
CTA clicks
Scroll tracking
We also need proper separation between:
Logged-in users (customers)
New visitors (prospects)
3. Funnel Tracking
Build a clear funnel: Traffic → Intent → Demo → Signup
Identify drop-offs and tracking gaps
Ensure data reflects real user journeys
4. Traffic Segmentation
Segment traffic into:
Branded
High-intent
Competitor
Informational
Also help us enforce UTM tracking standards
5. Dashboards
Create simple, actionable dashboards (GA4 or Looker Studio):
Funnel performance
Conversion tracking
Traffic quality
6. Advanced (Bonus if you can do this)
Track LLM/AI-driven traffic (ChatGPT, etc.)
Set up audiences for retargeting (Google Ads)
Deliverables
By the end of the project, we expect:
Clean and reliable GA4 + GTM setup
Fully working funnel tracking
2–4 dashboards with actionable insights
Documentation of what was implemented
