Role Overview We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Expert who can leverage modern AI sales tools, automation platforms, and data-driven prospecting to generate qualified leads and close high-value clients. This role requires someone who understands AI, SaaS, and digital transformation, and can translate technical solutions into clear business value for clients. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify potential clients using AI prospecting tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI scraping tools Build targeted lead lists for industries such as: eCommerce brands SaaS companies digital agencies enterprise teams adopting AI automation AI-Powered Outreach Use modern outreach systems such as: Instantly.ai Apollo Lemlist Smartlead AI personalization tools to run high-conversion cold email campaigns. Responsibilities include: Writing AI-assisted outreach sequences Personalizing emails using AI enrichment Running multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn + Email + WhatsApp) Sales Conversations & Client Closing Conduct discovery calls and product demos Understand client pain points and propose AI-driven solutions Convert inbound and outbound leads into paying clients Negotiate pricing and close deals AI Sales Automation Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, including: ChatGPT / Claude / Perplexity for research AI proposal generation tools CRM automation with AI workflows AI meeting summarization and follow-ups CRM & Pipeline Management Maintain accurate data in CRM tools such as: HubSpot Zoho CRM Pipedrive Salesforce Track: leads deal stages revenue pipeline client interactions Required Skills Sales Skills Strong experience in B2B sales or SaaS sales Experience closing $5k–$50k projects or SaaS deals Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to run consultative sales calls AI & Automation Knowledge Candidate should be comfortable using tools like: ChatGPT / Claude Apollo / Instantly Clay / PhantomBuster LinkedIn automation tools CRM automation tools Basic understanding of: AI agents automation workflows API integrations SaaS platforms Industry Knowledge (Preferred) Experience in one or more of: Shopify / eCommerce SaaS platforms AI automation digital transformation marketing technology Performance Metrics (KPIs) The candidate will be evaluated based on: Qualified leads generated per month Meetings booked with decision makers Revenue closed Deal conversion rate Pipeline growth
