Description: We are a small but growing container sales and rental business (4 team members) looking for an experienced HubSpot CRM freelancer to set up a system that will streamline our sales, quoting, and follow-up process. Currently, our biggest bottleneck is inbound leads and follow-ups. We need a HubSpot setup that allows our admin to handle standard inquiries while only escalating complex deals to the owner. Scope of Work The project will include: CRM Setup Create a clean, easy-to-use HubSpot pipeline Stages: New Lead → Quoted → Follow-up → Closed/Won → Closed/Lost Custom fields for container type, quantity, and customer notes Automation Automated lead assignment to admin team Email templates for standard inquiries Follow-up reminders for pending leads Templates & SOPs Quoting templates for standard products Workflow for when leads should be escalated to owner Reporting Dashboards for pipeline overview, pending quotes, and deal status Training / Handover Brief walkthrough (video or live) for admin team on how to use HubSpot effectively Your Qualifications Proven experience with HubSpot CRM setup and automation Experience with small businesses and sales processes Ability to translate business operations into simple workflows Good communication skills (must explain processes in plain English) Deliverables Fully configured HubSpot CRM system ready to use Automated workflows and email templates implemented Documentation of pipelines, templates, and SOPs 1–2 hour training for admin team Budget Flexible based on experience.
