Hi, I’m looking for someone to help build an AI voice receptionist for home service businesses (e.g. gutter cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing). The system will use: Twilio for handling calls Make.com for the logic Google Sheets for storing business configs and call logs Google Calendar for provisional bookings OpenAI only for extracting structured information from calls (not decision making) The idea is: When a business misses a call, it routes to the AI. The system gathers customer details, checks service + postcode against the business rules, and either: creates a provisional booking in their calendar, or logs it as a callback request Each business will be handled using one master Make scenario, with a shared config sheet. I’m looking for someone who understands Twilio voice workflows, webhooks, and Make automation to help build a clean, reliable version of this.
