We’re looking for a full-time GoHighLevel specialist to help manage and build systems inside our agency accounts. This is not a beginner role. We are looking for someone who has deep hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, including automation workflows, integrations, SMS/email deliverability, and technical troubleshooting. You will be working across multiple client sub-accounts, primarily for home service businesses. Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain funnels and landing pages inside GoHighLevel • Design and optimize automation workflows and campaigns • Set up and manage pipelines and CRM structures • Configure forms, surveys, calendars, and lead routing systems • Handle A2P 10DLC registration and SMS compliance setup • Configure Twilio / LC Phone and email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) • Troubleshoot SMS/email delivery issues and campaign errors • Set up integrations with Zapier, Make, n8n, webhooks, and APIs • Import contacts and manage CRM data structure • Connect external lead sources (Facebook Ads, Google, landing pages, etc.) • Implement tagging, triggers, and segmentation strategies • Assist with campaign setup and marketing automation for clients Required Experience • Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel • Experience completing A2P 10DLC registration and SMS compliance setup • Strong understanding of workflows, triggers, and automation logic • Experience configuring email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) • Familiar with Zapier / Make / webhook integrations • Comfortable managing multiple client sub-accounts • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Nice to Have • Experience working with home service businesses • Experience integrating Facebook Lead Ads or Google leads into GHL • Familiarity with AI tools, voice agents, or advanced automations • Experience with n8n or API-based integrations Position Details • Full-time role • Long-term opportunity • Remote work • Work directly with the agency owner and core team • Opportunity to grow into a technical lead role Please include: A short description of your GoHighLevel experience An example of a complex workflow or automation you built Whether you have completed A2P registration before Also start your proposal with the word “Automation” so we know you read the entire post.
