The Complete World of Coffee: The History, Science, and Craft of Specialty Coffee I self published a short book in the coffee space on Amazon about a year ago. It sold 200 copies, but I didn't market other than a couple of coffee communities (Pour Over Coffee: From Beginner to Advanced Enthusiast). I am now finishing a 500+ page book on everything coffee, from taxonomy, agronomy, thermodynamics, value chain, brewing, to sustainability. I would like to build up hype over the next few months prior to release. Coffee enthusiasts are a niche, but they LOVE new content like this.
