I’m looking for a highly capable AI systems engineer / builder who can help turn ideas into real AI products, internal tools, and automations. My role is strategy, branding, and marketing. I need someone technical who can help architect, build, and deploy AI-powered systems quickly. This is a long-term collaboration if the fit is right. The ideal person understands LLMs deeply, knows how to work efficiently with tools like Claude and OpenAI, and can turn rough ideas into working software, agents, and workflows. You should be comfortable thinking through architecture, challenging ideas, and executing quickly. What You’ll Be Working On Projects include building things like: • AI-powered internal tools • LLM-driven workflows and automations • AI agents and decision systems • MVP software products powered by AI • prompt systems and memory architectures • context management for long-running AI tasks • tools that leverage Claude / OpenAI efficiently The goal is rapid experimentation and deployment. Skills That Matter You should have strong experience with: • Claude / OpenAI APIs • LLM architecture and prompt systems • Context management and memory systems • RAG pipelines and vector databases • AI agent frameworks • Debugging AI workflows • Python or Node development • Building MVP software quickly • Deploying AI systems into real products You should also know how to: • avoid context loss in long AI processes • structure prompts and workflows efficiently • build tools that extend LLM capabilities • optimize token usage and system performance What Makes Someone a Great Fit You: • are comfortable building AI systems end-to-end • enjoy solving messy problems • can take rough ideas and structure them into real products • think in systems, not just prompts • move fast and iterate quickly • are comfortable challenging ideas and improving them Bonus if you have experience with: • Claude skills / tool systems • AI agent architectures • automation tools (n8n / Make / etc) • vector databases • scaling AI workflows How We’ll Work Together This will start with individual projects, but the right person could evolve into a long-term technical partner helping build multiple AI products and systems. The goal is to move quickly and build useful things.
