We are seeking a highly proactive and results-driven Executive Virtual Assistant to provide strategic administrative support, streamline operations, and drive lead generation efforts. This role goes beyond basic task management and requires someone who can take initiative, optimize workflows, and contribute to business growth. Key Responsibilities: Own and manage executive inboxes with a strong focus on prioritization, response handling, and maintaining brand voice Coordinate and optimize calendars, scheduling, and appointments for maximum productivity Execute targeted lead generation strategies using platforms such as LinkedIn and online databases Manage and maintain CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), ensuring accurate tracking of contacts, deals, and pipelines Conduct market and prospect research to support outreach and sales initiatives Build and maintain organized systems for documents, data tracking, and reporting Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement simple automations What Success Looks Like: Inbox is consistently organized, prioritized, and actioned efficiently Calendar is optimized with no scheduling conflicts High-quality leads are consistently generated and properly tracked CRM is clean, updated, and actionable for decision-making Administrative workflows are streamlined and time-saving Requirements: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant in a fast-paced environment Strong background in email and calendar management with professional communication skills Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar) Demonstrated experience in lead generation and research High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting founders, executives, or sales teams Familiarity with automation tools and productivity systems Understanding of sales processes and customer journey Work Style: Proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented Strong ownership mindset and accountability Excellent time management and follow-through
