Description: We are looking for a high-level AI automation consultant to design and implement a conversational AI agent for a fast-growing luxury hospitality brand. This is not a basic chatbot project. The objective is to build a revenue-driving AI layer that engages, qualifies, and routes leads seamlessly from our website to our sales team. About us: muse villas is a premium villa hospitality brand based in Mauritius, blending luxury accommodation with curated experiences (“Moments”). We operate at the intersection of hotel, concierge, and private villa rental. We are entering a new phase of growth and need to structure a scalable, intelligent lead handling system. ⸻ Scope of Work: 1. Website AI Agent (Chat Interface) • Implement an AI agent on our website capable of: • Answering guest questions (villas, services, experiences, availability logic) • Engaging visitors conversationally • Qualifying leads (dates, group size, budget, intent) • Capturing structured data 2. WhatsApp AI Follow-up • Set up automated WhatsApp outreach to new leads generated from the website • Ensure natural, high-quality conversational flows (not robotic) • Ability to: • Continue qualification • Share relevant villa options or experiences • Hand over to human sales when needed 3. CRM Integration (Pipedrive) • Connect all interactions to Pipedrive: • Create/update contacts and deals • Log conversations • Tag and qualify leads • Ensure clean pipeline visibility for the sales team 4. AI + Automation Architecture • Recommend and implement the best stack (e.g. OpenAI, Twilio/WhatsApp API, Zapier/Make, etc.) • Design a robust, scalable system (not fragile automations) • Ensure GDPR-compliant data handling ⸻ Key Requirements: • Proven experience building AI agents / conversational systems (not just simple chatbots) • Strong experience with: • WhatsApp API integrations • CRM integrations (Pipedrive preferred) • Automation tools (Zapier, Make, or custom) • Ability to design conversation logic + user experience, not just technical flows • Fluent English (French is a plus) • Experience in luxury, travel, or hospitality is a strong plus ⸻ What “good” looks like: • Conversations feel natural, premium, and aligned with a luxury brand • Leads are properly qualified before reaching sales • Clear increase in response speed and conversion • Minimal manual intervention for repetitive tasks ⸻ Project Details: • Timeline: 2–4 weeks for initial version • Budget: Open to discussion based on experience • Potential for long-term collaboration (optimization, scaling, multi-destination rollout) ⸻ To apply, please include: 1.
