Paid Ads Campaign Manager (Google & Meta Ads Specialist) Job Overview INDUSTRY: BEAUTY/PERFUME BRAND We are looking for an experienced Paid Ads Campaign Manager to plan, execute, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. The ideal candidate has a strong background in beauty, fragrance, or luxury brands, combine commercial insight, market research, and social listening to develop high-performing advertising strategies. You will be responsible for identifying customer trends, analyzing competitor activity, and translating these insights into effective paid campaigns that drive measurable growth. Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution • Plan, build, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram). • Develop full-funnel strategies tailored to beauty, skincare, and perfumery audiences. • Create and test high-quality, brand-aligned ad creatives suitable for luxury positioning. Commercial Research & Market Insights • Conduct commercial research to understand the market, competitors, and customer behavior. • Identify business opportunities, profitable segments, and conversion drivers. • Translate market insights into actionable campaign strategies. Social Listening & Trend Analysis • Monitor online conversations, brand mentions, and industry trends using social listening tools. • Identify audience interests, pain points, and trending topics to guide ad messaging. • Use insights to improve targeting, creative direction, and campaign positioning. Optimization & Performance Analysis • Track campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and ad platform dashboards. • Continuously optimize campaigns for ROAS, conversions, and cost efficiency. • Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and placements. Reporting • Provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights. • Translate data into clear recommendations for marketing and business strategy. Requirements • Proven experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. • Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and attribution. • Experience with market research and social listening techniques. • Ability to translate commercial insights into campaign strategy. • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, social listening platforms, or competitor analysis tools is a plus. Preferred Skills • Experience with audience segmentation and funnel-based advertising strategies. • Knowledge of creative testing and ad psychology. • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM integration.
