We have the logic, the data, and the momentum—now we need the Architect to turn our manual processes into a seamless, automated engine. The Stack & Ecosystem Core: Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail). AI: Gemini & Claude API for 80% of data collation and dossier generation. Signatures: OpenSign integration. Logic: Custom YAML-based matching for pitch-list generation. Payments: Quarterly PnL splits in multi-currency (GBP, USD, BTC, USDT). The Role: What You’ll Build We are looking for a developer to design and deploy a centralized Business Automation Tool (via Base44, Retool, or a custom App Script Framework) that handles the following: AI Data Pipeline: Automate the flow from AI Note-taker transcripts → Gemini/Claude Parsing → Auto-populating CRM Sheets and Dossier Docs. Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM): Create a "One-Click" trigger to generate MOUs/Finder Fees from templates, send via OpenSign, and track status within a visual dashboard. The "Match Engine": Evolution of our YAML pitch-list. Build a logic-driven engine that automatically pairs Trading Teams with Allocators based on strategy/requirements and notifies the team of "High Probability" matches. Automated Billing & FX: A quarterly module that calculates PnL splits, pulls real-time FX/Crypto rates, and generates/sends invoices in the appropriate currency (Fiat or Crypto). Visual Command Center: Transition our team from "Row-and-Column" management to a high-level UI/Dashboard for rapid data entry and workflow tracking. Candidate Requirements Expertise in Google Apps Script & APIs: Deep knowledge of connecting Sheets, Docs, and Gmail. LLM Integration: Experience prompt-engineering and orchestrating Gemini/Claude APIs for structured data extraction. Workflow Architecture: Ability to build "State Machines" (where Step A automatically triggers Step B, C, and D). Crypto-Literate: Comfortable with BTC/USDT denomiation and API-based FX rate integration. UI/UX Mindset: Experience with internal tool builders like Base44, Retool, or Airtable Interfaces.
