Full Stack Developer Needed for AI Automation System (Ongoing Work + Contract Opportunity) 📄 Job Description We’re building an AI automation agency (Sentra AI) focused on helping service-based businesses (beauty, home services, etc.) capture, manage, and convert enquiries into booked appointments automatically. This is not a one-off project. We are building a scalable product and long-term working relationship with the right developer. 🚀 The Product Sentra AI is a system that acts as a 24/7 AI front desk, designed to: Respond instantly to enquiries (Phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, web chat) Answer questions and qualify leads Book appointments directly into a calendar Send reminders to reduce no-shows Generate reviews (reputation system) Recover lost leads through automated follow-ups (Recovery Engine) 🧱 System Structure This system will include: 🔹 AI Layer OpenAI (or similar) for conversation handling Prompt-based logic for responses 🔹 Messaging Layer Twilio / WhatsApp API SMS + chat integration 🔹 Backend Workflow logic Lead handling Booking logic Automation triggers 🔹 Frontend (Client Dashboard + App) Each client will have access to a dashboard/app including: Secure login (max 4 devices per account) Enquiry inbox (conversation view) Booking/calendar view Lead tracking Recovery Engine tracking (if included in plan) 🔹 Integrations GoHighLevel (CRM + workflows) Google Calendar Messaging APIs 🔁 Important – How This Works This is a client-funded model.
