We’re looking for someone who really knows Pipedrive and can help us set it up the right way for new business. We already use Pipedrive forms on our website to capture leads. Now we want to tighten everything up on the backend and build a clean, scalable sales process. What we need help with: Designing our Pipedrive pipeline (stages, structure, flow) Building out a clear process from lead → close Setting up automations (task creation, follow-ups, deal movement, etc.) Daily email reporting on activities and deals Tracking deal value and pipeline performance Making sure leads from forms are routed correctly and nothing falls through the cracks This isn’t just a setup… we want someone who can think through how a real sales team operates and build it that way. Bonus if you: Have experience with B2B services or asset recovery / recycling / logistics Can recommend best practices, not just take direction Have examples of Pipedrive setups you’ve built Looking for someone who communicates well, moves fast, and keeps things simple.
