We are looking for an experienced AI Automation Specialist who can design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows for business operations, and then train our team and clients to use them effectively. This is a customer-facing role requiring outstanding communication skills and the ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical users. You will build AI agents and automations using Claude (Anthropic), Microsoft Copilot, OpenClaw, and other emerging AI platforms. You will design and implement Claude Projects, including structured knowledge bases, custom instructions, and agent workflows. You will create business workflows that integrate AI tools into day-to-day operations such as content management, data processing, communications, and reporting. You will train end users on AI tool adoption, prompt engineering, agent building, and automation best practices. You will evaluate and recommend new AI apps and agent frameworks as the landscape evolves, and document processes with clear SOPs and training materials. You must have proven expertise building AI agents and automation workflows in a business context. You have hands-on experience with Claude and Claude Projects, Microsoft Copilot (including Copilot Studio or M365 integrations), OpenClaw, and other emerging AI tools. You understand API integrations, webhooks, and workflow orchestration. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience presenting to clients or leading training sessions. You are comfortable creating documentation and training content and simplifying complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences. It is a plus if you have experience with n8n, Zapier, or Make for no-code or low-code automations, familiarity with Webflow, Google Workspace, or CMS-based workflows, and a background in consulting or client services. A portfolio or case studies of AI workflow implementations is highly desirable.
