Project Overview The system includes: 1. AI Front Desk (Enquiry Handling) Respond to messages from: Calls Website chat SMS WhatsApp Answer common questions Capture and store customer details Qualify enquiries 2. AI Booking System Integrate with calendars (Google Calendar / CRM) Automatically book appointments Handle rescheduling and cancellations Send confirmations and reminders 3. AI Reputation System Send review requests after appointments Direct happy customers to leave reviews Capture negative feedback privately 4. AI Recovery Engine (Optional Add-On) This is an additional module that is not required for every client, but must be built and implemented when selected. Follow up with leads who didn’t book Re-engage unresponsive enquiries Follow up no-shows and cancellations Guide leads back into booking 🔁 Important – Custom Builds Each system will be: built and customised per client tailored to their services, booking flow, and messaging This is not a one-time build — we’re looking for someone who can: deploy the system repeatedly adjust and customise it based on each business Technical Requirements: We’re open to your recommendations, but experience with: OpenAI / LLM integrations Twilio / WhatsApp APIs CRM systems (GoHighLevel is a plus) Automation workflows Backend logic and integrations 🎯 What We’re Looking For Experience building AI/chat automation systems Ability to customise solutions per client Strong problem-solving and communication Reliable and available for long term ongoing work 💰 Work Structure Paid per build (per client) Additional work when Recovery Engine is included Ongoing work as we scale and onboard more clients
