We’re a growing non-medical home care provider looking for a results-driven Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and/or Google PPC expert to generate high-quality private-pay client leads. This is a performance-focused role. We’re not looking for beginners, we want someone who understands how to drive real inquiries from families actively searching for care, not just traffic. Primary Goal: Generate qualified inbound leads (calls + form submissions) from individuals actively seeking home care services in a defined U.S. market. Scope of Work: Build, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns OR manage Google Ads (Search + optional Performance Max) Identify and target high-intent audiences and keywords Set up and/or refine conversion tracking (Pixel, GA4, call tracking) Recommend or improve landing pages for higher conversion Ongoing optimization to improve: Cost per lead (CPL) Lead quality (very important) Conversion rate Ideal Candidate: Proven experience with: Home care agencies Healthcare or senior services Local service lead generation (high-trust industries) Can provide case studies, screenshots, or data-backed results Understands the difference between lead volume vs. qualified leads Experience targeting specific geographic regions (state/city level) Strong communicator with clear reporting Bonus Points If You: Have experience with high-value services ($3K–$10K+ client value) Understand the decision-making process of families seeking care Can craft messaging that builds trust quickly Have worked with CRMs or automation tools (GoHighLevel, Zapier, etc.) Budget: Open based on experience and results Initial ad spend: $30–$100/day (scaling with performance) Looking for someone who can prove ROI and scale efficiently To Apply, Please Include: 1.
