We are looking for an experienced AI / automation engineer to help us build several internal workflows using AI, APIs, and automation tools. We run multiple companies in logistics, landscaping, and software, and we want to automate many internal processes using LLMs, web scraping, APIs, and workflow automation. This is not one small task. We want someone who can help design and implement multiple automation systems step by step. ⸻ Example workflows we want to build 1. Customer service & maintenance workflow (fleet operations) • Handle customer emails and SMS automatically • Detect when vehicles need service (every 3,000 km) • Schedule appointments automatically • Group service by city • Send messages in different languages • Manage cases in database / CRM ⸻ 2. Application / leasing workflow automation • Handle applications from couriers • Validate eligibility • Generate contracts automatically • Track delivery / onboarding • Update status across systems ⸻ 3. Development workflow with AI • Create tickets automatically from messages • Integrate with Linear / GitHub • Allow AI to handle some tickets • AI creates PR • Dev reviews and merges ⸻ 4. Content automation workflow • Generate content ideas • Write posts using AI • Generate images • Schedule posts automatically • Manage content for multiple companies ⸻ 5.
