Our client is looking for a Sales Admin to support their growing sales and marketing teams. This role requires an organized, analytical, and tech-savvy professional who can manage Salesforce CRM, track sales performance, optimize sales processes, and generate key revenue reports.

Key Responsibilities
Salesforce CRM Administration & Data Management
-Maintain and update Salesforce CRM, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
-Manage lead and opportunity pipelines to support sales teams.
-Implement automation and process improvements within Salesforce.
Sales Pipeline Tracking & Revenue Forecasting
-Track sales performance, deals, and pipeline movements.
-Generate reports on Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), -Annual Contract Value (ACV), and churn analysis.
-Provide revenue forecasts and insights to support business decisions.
Sales & Marketing Support
-Assist sales and marketing teams with CRM processes and workflows.
-Ensure smooth lead management and opportunity tracking in Salesforce.
-Support deal tracking, contract management, and customer onboarding workflows.
Cross-Team Coordination
-Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and leadership teams to improve revenue operations.
-Support sales teams with performance tracking and reporting.
-Handle ad hoc tasks related to sales operations and revenue reporting.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
-2+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations, Salesforce Administration, or CRM Management.
-Strong experience with Salesforce CRM (certification is a PLUS).
-Experience in sales pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and sales data reporting.
-Knowledge of sales performance metrics, MRR, ACV, and churn analysis.
-Process automation expertise within Salesforce (e.g., workflows, validation rules, integrations).
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.
-Ability to collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and leadership teams.
-Experience with B2B SaaS sales processes is a PLUS.
