We are looking for a high-level expert to optimize our lead management and enrollment processes within the Freshworks and Make ecosystem. Our Context & Tech Stack: Product: Private technical colleges (managing applicant lead flow and processing). CRM: Freshsales (as our central hub). Automation: We currently use Make for several processes but are looking to refine or potentially transition workflows to more robust solutions like n8n. Current State: We’ve been working with an agency, but I am not satisfied with their delivery. I am looking to replace them with a reliable consultant who can take ownership of these tasks.
