We're a fast-growing women's fitness e-commerce brand looking for a reliable, detail-oriented customer support specialist to join our team long-term.
What you'll be doing:
You'll be working inside our customer support platform (Commslayer) managing roughly 100-150 emails per day. The good news — we have a fully built-out AI agent that handles the majority of tickets automatically with pre-trained responses already baked in. Your role is to review AI drafts before they go out, handle escalations the AI flags for a human, and make sure every customer gets a timely, helpful response.
Common ticket types you'll handle:
Order status and tracking inquiries
Returns, exchanges, and refund requests
Missing or delayed shipments
Defective or damaged products
Chargeback and dispute management
Cancellation requests
General product questions
What we're looking for:
Strong written English — warm, casual, and clear communication
Experience in e-commerce customer support
Comfortable working independently with minimal hand-holding
Reliable, responsive, and consistent
Experience with Shopify a plus
Familiarity with customer support platforms (Gorgias, Zendesk,
Freshdesk, etc.) a plus
