I’m looking for an experienced automation / funnel specialist to help set up the backend systems for my online course Wedding Studio Blueprint. The course will be hosted on Skool, and I already have Stripe set up for payments. The course content is nearly finished. I need help connecting everything so the system runs smoothly and automatically. This is a one-time setup project for the initial launch, but there is potential for ongoing work if things go well. Overview of what I need built: • Stripe checkout setup (including payment plan option) • Automation connecting Stripe → Skool access for students • Email automation setup for leads and students • Lead capture + nurture sequence • Basic sales funnel setup • Instagram DM automation using ManyChat • Testing the entire purchase → onboarding flow Tech stack: • Skool (course & community) • Stripe (payments) • Email platform (ConvertKit / Kit preferred) • ManyChat (Instagram automation) • Zapier or Make (automation layer) What success looks like: When someone finds our free training, they should be able to: Opt in with their email Receive the training and email sequence Purchase the course through Stripe Automatically receive access to the Skool community Receive onboarding emails and instructions The entire flow should be automated and fully tested.
