We are developing a high-integrity Carbon Removal project in Thailand (PYRO-DATA). We need an expert to architect and implement our digital Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification (dMRV) system. Key Responsibilities: Program Siemens S7-1200 using TIA Portal (SCL preferred) for process logging. Configure Siemens IOT2050 gateway to handle data from the PLC. Implement SHA-256 hashing on the gateway level to ensure data integrity for Puro.earth/Carbonfuture audits. Set up secure MQTT transmission of JSON payloads to an external cloud platform. Ensure robust "Store-and-Forward" logic in case of local internet outages. Requirements: Proven experience with Siemens industrial hardware. Strong understanding of IIoT protocols (MQTT, OPC UA). Familiarity with data security/hashing in an industrial context is a major plus.
