**AI Workflow Specialist – Personal Injury Law Firm (Los Angeles)** I'm a solo personal injury attorney in Los Angeles managing approximately 140 active cases with a 7-person team (mix of local staff and Philippines-based virtual assistants). I've already rolled out Claude AI firm-wide and am looking for an experienced AI consultant to assess our entire operation and build practical AI-powered systems across the board. This is NOT a general AI or software dev role. I need someone who understands law firm operations — ideally plaintiff-side PI — and can build real workflows that my non-technical team can actually use day-to-day without me managing it. **The Core Problem:** We're busy and growing, but too much falls through the cracks, cases sit without moving, and I'm the bottleneck on too many things. I want AI and automation to fix that — not add more complexity. **Areas We Need Help With:** • Medical record review & summarization • Demand letters and legal correspondence drafting • New case intake and setup • Client communication and status updates • Email management and triage • Case status tracking and follow-up reminders • Identifying where tasks are stalling and building systems to prevent it **Your First Job:** Conduct a full audit of how we currently operate and come back with a prioritized plan. Tell us what to fix first, what will have the biggest impact, and how to get there. Then help us build it. **Our Stack:** • Claude AI (firm-wide) • Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets) — this is our entire operating system • Team of 7: paralegals, case managers, VAs, and a legal nurse consultant **Ideal Candidate:** • Has worked with law firms before — PI or litigation experience strongly preferred • Knows Claude, ChatGPT, or other LLMs well • Deep experience with Google Workspace automation (Apps Script, Zapier, Make, etc.) • Thinks in systems, not just tools • Can communicate clearly with a non-technical attorney and team • Delivers practical, documented workflows — not strategy decks we'll never look at again • Comfortable working independently once direction is set **What This Is Not:** I don't want someone to just hand me a list of AI tools to buy. I want someone to build the systems, document them, train my team, and make sure they actually get used. **Engagement:** Starting with a paid scoping/audit phase.
