We're a fast-growing AI startup in SF. Think of this as a GTM lab. You'll have a running backlog of experiments — new channels, new workflows, new tools — and your job is to test them fast, measure what works, and productionize the winners. Some will be scrappy outbound plays. Some will be internal automation. All of them should move the needle on revenue. **Your experiment backlog looks like this:** - Stand up cold calling infrastructure and test it as a channel - Build callback flows — AI collects consent, Retell agent calls them back - Turn anonymous website visitors into actionable leads - Test gifting as a conversion lever - Explore marketplace listings and partner directories - Snipe high-intent leads using intent data, competitor signals, and enrichment tools - Build a self-serve pilot program page — click, buy, start. Make it transactional - Run ads for free pilot programs and measure CAC - Figure out how to identify competitors' active RFPs and get Retell into the mix - Launch vertical-specific outbound and ABM plays - Automate weekly pipeline reviews, SDR workflows, and sales call prep so the team gets hours back **You're a fit if:** - You're a builder who gets bored maintaining — you want to test new things constantly - You can code or script (Python, SQL, JavaScript) enough to build real tools and integrations, not just configure SaaS - You're fluent in the GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, Clearbit, Salesforce, n8n, Zapier, etc. - You have good taste for which experiments are worth running and which are noise - You move fast.
