We close and you get paid. What You'll Be Doing Sliding into DMs on Instagram with warm, natural outreach (no spam, no scripts that sound like a bot) Qualifying prospects based on criteria we give you Booking them onto sales calls with me Keeping a simple tracker updated daily What You'll Earn $10–15 for every qualified call that shows up 5% of every deal that closes from your booked calls — no cap IMPACT Growth closes = $175–$500 per deal BxFIT closes = $25/mo per client, every month they stay Here's what that looks like over time: Month 1 — You're warming up. 8 calls booked, 6 show, 2 close. ~$60 in show fees + $400–$600 in closes. Roughly $500–$700 to start. Month 3 — You've found your rhythm. 20 calls/mo booked, 15 show, closing rate improving. You've got 6–8 BxFIT clients still paying monthly. $1,500–$2,500/mo range. Month 6 — You're a machine. 30+ calls booked, strong qualifier, stacked BxFIT residual. Realistic $3,000–$4,500/mo — and it keeps climbing because the recurring income doesn't reset. The compounding factor: Every BxFIT client you bring in pays you every single month they stay. You book them once. You earn as long as they're a client. A setter 6 months in doesn't start from zero — they start on top of everything they've already built. You're a Fit If You: Have experience setting DMs in a coaching, consulting, or online business space Can hold a conversation that feels human, not salesy Are self-motivated and don't need to be micromanaged Can commit to consistent daily outreach (we'll define volume together) Understand high-ticket sales psychology even at a basic level You're NOT a Fit If You: Have never worked in DMs or online sales before Need guaranteed income with no performance component Ghost when things get slow. Serious applicants only. This is a performance role, so if you can book, you'll make great money. If you can't, there's nothing to earn.
