We are a multi-brand e-commerce business selling personalized products across multiple markets (EU, UK, US, AU). We are migrating from a custom-built CRMt o Bitrix24 and are looking for an experienced Bitrix24 architect/integrator This is a complex, multi-system architecture project, including: -Multiple e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce, PrestaShop, custom CMS) -Multi-brand, multi-market operations (different currencies, languages, workflows) -API integration between Bitrix24 and our internal production system -Omnichannel communication (email, WhatsApp, Viber, etc.) -Payment automation (Stripe, Paysera, COD flows) -Advanced pipelines with conditional automation -Marketing attribution & reporting (GA4, Ads, etc.) We are not looking for someone to follow instructions blindly. We want a partner who will: -Analyze our current workflow -Challenge our assumptions -Propose better architecture and solutions Scope Overview -Design CRM architecture in Bitrix24 -Integrate multiple order sources into unified deal structure -Define pipelines, automations, and data models -Set up API sync with our custom CRM -Implement payment automation and communication flows -Build reporting structure (sales, marketing, finance) Full documentation + workflow diagram will be shared after initial screening.
