Upwork Job Post: GoHighLevel Expert Needed (Part-Time → Potential Full-Time) We are a growing startup looking for a GoHighLevel expert to help with client onboarding, workflow automation, chatbot setup, and system integrations. This will start as a part-time role, but it can quickly become full-time for the right person. We need someone who knows GoHighLevel inside and out and can move quickly, communicate clearly, and build systems that work. Responsibilities • Client onboarding inside GoHighLevel • Building and optimizing workflows and automations • Chatbot setup and configuration • A2P registration and SMS compliance setup • Funnel and form integration when needed • Troubleshooting and improving existing systems • Helping organize and optimize account structures Requirements • Proven experience with GoHighLevel • Ability to show examples of accounts, workflows, or automations you’ve built • References or proof of expertise • Strong understanding of automation logic and CRM workflows • Ability to work with fast turnaround times • Responsive during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours • Strong communication and problem-solving skills Nice to Have • Experience with API integrations, Zapier, Make, or webhooks • Experience building AI chatbots or conversational automation • Experience working with agencies or SaaS startups About the Opportunity We are building a scalable automation platform and need someone who can help implement systems quickly and correctly.
