Hi, I run a Meta ads agency for e-commerce brands and we already have a Google Sheets profitability dashboard built. We are now looking for a second specialist to handle the technical integration and onboarding side for new clients. This is not mainly a spreadsheet build job. The dashboard already exists. Your role is to help connect and onboard new e-commerce clients properly by handling the Meta + Shopify API setup, troubleshooting connection issues, and clearly explaining the process in fluent English. What already exists We already have a 4-tab Google Sheets profitability system built, including: Daily Tracking Unit Economics Profit Calculator Dashboard The system tracks metrics such as: MER Meta ROAS Blended CPA New Customer CAC / nCPA aMER % New Customer Revenue Contribution Profit Break-even CPA Break-even MER Margin of Safety weighted multi-SKU contribution margin So this role is about connecting and operationalizing the system, not rebuilding it from scratch. Your responsibilities For each new client, you would help with: Meta side Meta Ad Account ID setup Meta Developer App setup Graph API / Marketing API setup Access token generation Long-lived token handling Token expiry / refresh process Troubleshooting connection issues Shopify side Shopify custom app setup Admin API token generation Correct API scopes / permissions Shopify store URL confirmation Troubleshooting data pull issues Integration / onboarding Make sure the live data flows correctly into the existing sheet Help troubleshoot Apps Script / API connection issues Be available for occasional Looms / calls / screen-shares if needed Communicate clearly in fluent English Help create a repeatable onboarding SOP so we can use the same process for future clients Important We are specifically looking for someone who: speaks and writes strong English can explain technical setup clearly to non-technical people is comfortable helping on calls if needed has real experience with both Meta API and Shopify Admin API understands e-commerce reporting and profitability dashboards Nice to have Experience with Google Apps Script Experience with Meta Marketing API Experience with Shopify custom apps Experience onboarding clients into reporting systems Experience documenting technical SOPs This is NOT the right role if: you only build Google Sheets but cannot handle live API onboarding you are not comfortable speaking clearly on calls you only have basic Shopify or Meta experience When applying Please include: A short explanation of your experience with: Meta Developer / Marketing API Shopify Admin API / custom app setup token refresh / long-lived token workflows Whether you are comfortable joining calls and screen-sharing in English Examples of similar onboarding / integration work you’ve done Your fixed-price or hourly rate The word "integration" at the top of your application so I know you read the full post We can also share screenshots of the existing dashboard and setup guide for context.
